MyT660 started having strange problem. When I leave truck I use lock on drivers side to lock passenger door and then lock driver's door with the key.
Lately passenger door lock would make buzzing noise as tried to lock it. Now its stuck open and i cant lock it from outside or inside. Is there some sort of electronic actuator thats stuck in one position?

If it has power door locks, there's an electronic actuator in there, and they're notorious for going out. However, the actuator by itself wouldn't prevent you from being able to lock and unlock your door. Most likely, it's the latch mechanism itself. Pretty simple to replace, don't remember the cost off the top of my head. It probably burned your actuator out.
I could tell you exactly what to do if I could see it in front of me, but it's been a while since I had to do that with a T660. Basically, you'll remove the door panel, get it around that blind spot glass, then there's a metal panel behind it. I'd always leave the window actuator attached and just pull the panel back after removing the remaining screws. Two silver screws hold the actuator in place, and it's mounted directly to a linkage. Easy to swap out. The door latch, IIRC, is just three linkages and three screws attached to it. -
I have a 2023 Kenworth Nex Gen and the Passenger Door leaks at the top the door is not sealed correcltu=y. They say I did something to the door but I did not. The truck only has 6000 miles on it. Has anyone else had these problems?
