First time on here.
Don’t know if there is a labor or cost for replacement forum.
But my question is I have Kenworth w900 want to replace both front leaf springs with new hardware. D/s and P/s bushings and all 6 pins for leaf springs. Front D/s and P/s wheel bearings and sleeves with rear seals.
Brakes shoes and brake drums for front P/s and D/s. How many hours would that be? Haven’t gone anywhere but I want to get a sense before I get quotes from shops in Texas.

Can’t tell where to go, but avoid any shops in the Permian Basin. Just too busy, and their labor and parts pricing will reflect how busy they are. The last place I worked at in Midland, their HQ was Corpus Christi, and main shop was San Antonio. Unless absolutely necessary otherwise, all stuff was either driven, or hauled to San Antonio for service.

Wouldn’t know where to start. A job like that has the potential to be very expensive. Price of springs alone may have big differences depending on where they’re bought. I’m different than most. I’ll price parts everywhere. Get estimates everywhere. In a case like this, I’d avoid the Dealerships. Most likely get all the parts, then find someone to do the Labor. Sometimes there’s a shop that does so many jobs like this, it’s best to let them have the whole job. We have a place in Detroit like that. All parts in stock. They’d do a job like that in 1/2 day. Still it’s expensive. I would be careful about just paying the hourly rate for however long it takes. A slow inexperienced mechanic can end up costing a small fortune. My Boss spent $4k on a similar job. No springs, but got kingpins. He can afford it, saved him time. Despite having a big garage and all the tools. He chose to just have it done at the shop I mentioned. Check Michigan Spring for pricing on springs. Good place to start, get an idea of spring cost. Compare from there. Wild guess, it may be a $5k. job. May or may not be able to cut total costs down, by doing what I mentioned. Might as well buy new hub kits, races are already installed and comes with bearings. Better than someone pounding races out and in, damaging the hubs. Besides front hubs being aluminum often wear out and eventually spin races. That’s a problem you definitely want to avoid. You’ll need all new U Bolts. Often need spring hanger brackets also. Something to keep in mind. Try to avoid surprises like that, and end up waiting a week for parts. Final thought, don’t be too cheap. Better to pay more and get the bearings torqued properly. Making sure the check end play using a dial indicator. Don’t trust the torque by feel method. I don’t care how many year’s experience they claim to have. It’s impossible to feel a couple thousands of free play. I learned that the hard way.

Where are you located? Pretty sure I was like $4500 with king pins and tubes but that was in 2022, going to air was just under 9k IIRC
