Exactly how do they need you more than you need them?

They have people knocking on their door for a job every day.
While you, if you get fired, have a bad spot on your ticket.

Could very well happen. I will get to it this weekend. I should be ok, but it's crazy how they expect you to work all these hours and not give you enough time to prepare for these tests.

We will see. I am prepared for anything. I can always go back to the Port of Oakland

Nah man, they advertise the driver position often and few people respond or qualify for it.

Just this morning the guy that gave me the road test here told me, I was known as "the god of deliveries". I never bring any shiiit back, and sometimes bring pick ups. I see myself as an asset to the company.

It's no big deal if they let me go. Plus, I can always tell the new company I was let go not because of my work ethic , but because I didn't get the endorsements, I'm always honest in my interviews.

They lose a good employee, that's how I see it

In a different life I used to inspect the powerlines for PG&E (Pacific Gas and Electric) , I'm still receiving calls to go back. It was a good 10 year run, but I like what I'm doing now.

I do agree , I should be able to find the time and I will get it done !!!

Yeah, i do love my route and the people here. Only one Nicaraguan guy was being a smart ### the first couple of weeks and this other white guy that has no filter when he talks, saying how much he dislikes blacks , etc , but other than that everybody is cool !

I am here to stay but if not, it won't because I am lazy or I can't get the job done.

Usr the CDL practice test that's on this website. It's located at the top. Used it to get my hazmat and tanker endorsement's and passed with flying colors. Didn't even have to study for, just practiced over and over again until I got it right. You can even practice it on your phone on your free time or on breaks.

Do everything in your power to get those endorsements A.S.A.P..

Once you get them, the pressure will be off of you.

    Good luck to you.

God bless you and your family! God bless the U.S.A.!

Badmon and Giuseppe Ventolucci Thank this.
