KLLM pay increase--biggest in the company's history

"He said that with the new pay structure, drivers trained by KLLM will hit the job with the opportunity to make around $70,000, with no cost to trainees for the education provided by the company. Prior to the hike, new drivers could expect to make around $48,000."

Probably a while before failure, been here a long time.

The absolute sheer driving force of our national economy - without truck drivers, our entire national economy would come to an absolute standstill - if not outright be dead.

Over the mountains, through the woods, into the valleys, coast to coast, from sea to shining sea - truck drivers can and do go anywhere and everywhere, every day, every night, all year round.

 

walmart is going to be doing the same. the boss man release a message saying the biggest raise in the history of the fleet coming by feb. 25th

 

I guess many are following in Sherman Williams huge raise, these companies need to raise this pay up though across the board.

 

It's the great thing about capitalism. As it becomes harder to get/keep drivers. Companies will have to match the pay increases. To compete.

 

Wage war going on…pretty much right now for good drivers, they have the pick of the litter so to speak and have the leverage as long as they have a good driving record..
