So you join a company with a bad reputation and do the lease on top of that? What did you really expect?

 

Another happy lease/purchaser I see.....

 

Why do people keep falling for the lease purchase scam? Why do people whine, complain, and scream lawsuit when it finally becomes evident they are being ripped off in spectacular fasion?

 

You bought a truck. That monthly note will be covered or you have no truck.

I think the immediate problem is finding work that will keep that thing moving and making money.

This company or that company means nothing, there is work out there to keep you rolling. I would think that if you were buying a truck, you would have aleady some sort of savings set aside to endure short mile weeks that happen from time to time.

 

But your, you're own boss now.
You're a business owner.
You can turn down loads and go home whenever
And for however long you want.
Nobody can tell you what to do anymore.

Meanwhile that company hack that lease drivers
Look down on has put his 1000 in his pocket for the week.
Find a company driver at the yard,see if they'll lend you a few bucks to eat.

 

Well, it certainly doesn't help when these big companies get these lease purchasers right out of training so you have people just coming into the industry who are fooled into thinking they will be their own boss and assuming it'll be just like being an O/O.

 

Never, ever let the company that controls your truck payment control your freight.
