Knight attempting hostile takeover of USA Truck

You are right, it wont take a year. If they want it bad enough they will pursue it for the several years it will take to replace all of the board of directors and just because USA's stock hasn't done well doesn't mean that they are not financially able or cant obtain the financial support they may need to pursue Night. This sort of thing happens all the time. This shows how naive a lot of you are.

 

While stock price isn't the only indicator of a company's financial situation, it is public knowledge that USA Truck is not financially able nor could obtain financing to pursue Knight. They were barely able to obtain enough financing to keep the company running.

 

Well, will see how it all unfolds but I personally think that Night will eventually just go away unless there's an agreement from USA to the merger.

 

Well i'm done talking to you guys over at USA because it seems that you are in La La land. Talking about buying Knight. That's the biggest joke I 've heard all year. USA can't even buy themselves. Do u know how much money Knight has? Do u know how strong the management team is? And I said that I was a company driver before becoming owner op. I talk to fellow company drivers who are doing good on a daily basis. Talking to some of u guys is like talking to a brick wall. I will say that Knight will complete this by the end of the year.

 

Well, I heard a few things from one of my sources so will see what happens and we can have a round of "I told you so" later.

 

There it is. No more of your whining USA drivers. Well some of u because not all of you are whining.

 

The problem is USA truck has been in a financial mess for too long and it surely seems that management is just too Inept to figure out how to get it out of the mess...

 

They will have to get the financial support to fund themselves when the credit card is maxed out. According to yahoo knight has 26 mil in debt but almost a billion in revenue. The strongest dog will win and USA is not the strongest dog.

 

Promises, promises..... still waiting for you to be done...

 

Its not a matter if USA truck goes under,but when...they cant only sustain the path theyre going for so long...besides when they hire drivers like the one posted on this forum who attempts to make a uturn on 2 lane road & tears truck apart, they won't be going nowhere but bankruptcy
