If you want your bonuses, they have moved the goalposts. Two inspections a month for your truck and all work done on-time, no overage. Which means you aren't going to be hitting your production numbers if you are always trying to get a shop to work on your rig.
Not really a surprise they would remove the bonuses by making them almost impossible to hit. They kept moving the fuel mileage bonus "rules" around that it was starting to get silly anyway. It was a stupid move to change the bonuses and is going to leave a really bad taste in some driver's mouths.![]()

I asked driver in Wa who runs primarily the I-5 lane about the bonus and he said he is getting all or part of the bonus which is 5cents up from 3 now. They also said they can get the service done anytime within 4000 miles of the due time instead of within 1000. So not a problem . His bonuses comes out to $247 per month (at 3 cents) so far this year on top off his $906 per week average take home pay. Which bumps it up to $955.40 take home per week. And he said he gets 6 to 8 days per month home time.
His mileage pay is 36.5 to 45.5 per mile with most loads being 36.5 to 38.5. He has a laptop with pretty much everything he does recorded in it. -
