    So you passed these guys just before the construction zone and then dropped to below the speed limit. Interesting.

    I remember passing Total Transportation of Mississippi for sure because it was a woman driving that truck. The others I don't know or remember passing them. But I did reduce my speed to the speed limit going into the work zone plus even if it wasn't a work zone, the speed zone coming into Amarillo on I-40 is 60 miles per hour all day long.

    Add to that all the work zone signs these alleged professionals drove right past saying Left Lane Closed racing in at their 65 speeds, Not sure what someone expects to gain from getting ahead of a guy who is going the speed limit when they are gonna be restricted to the same speed limit within a few thousand feet anyway.

    Not as big a fool as you or any of the other self righteous, 2 faced losers here bashing him.
    Now I remember why I left this place. Most of the truck drivers have all left.
    What's with this Smith system crap? You need that to know how to drive?
    When we had truck drivers driving the trucks what this JCT steering wheel holder pulled would never have happened in the first place cuz he knew #### well his ### would've been in the barrels.
    Funny how we didn't need these schools (Driver Mills) to teach us the right way to drive a rig. We didn't need all these idiotic regulations, or elogs, or speed limiters I saw many of you promoting in the Fed Ex crash thread.
    And go figure, we didn't have a fraction of the problems we do today on the roads.
    We didn't have cameras cuz we didn't need them. Why?
    Cuz we didn't have all the wannabe, steering wheel holders that require babysitting like we do today that divide our great profession bydriving the rates into oblivion by driving for 1.10/mile and calling their $300 paycheck "good enough" or "all I Need cuz I'm a loser with no life anyway and I'm going to end up with some pos freightshaker with a zillion mIles for half a zillion dollars cuz that's what I have to do to to finally be my own boss in an industry I helped destroy in the process."
    Or here's a good one. "money isn't important. They put inverters and APUs in our trucks!"
    I'd be willing to bet some of you holier than thou Smith system groupies that are bashing the OP here are part of this bigger problem with Trucking today.
    What makes you think you're qualified to judge anyone?
    I cannot believe all the crap I have read on this forum by many of you so called professionals.
    You're nothing but ### kissing, 2 faced, sheep.
    Don't bother. I'm done here. I have way better things to do than associate myself with the lot of you.
    You're a disgrace to your forefathers.
