You turn the wheel to your left.

Since this is for @Boattlebot I'll point out that you should turn it early enough and sharply enough that you don't drive into the ditch on the far side.

You know if you make 3 right turns you wont have to worry about making a left turn. But it only works if you are running local deliveries in the city.
