Too many variables in a persons week to make a character assumption son. Do they serve three meals way up there where you sit?

When do points start dropping off and how long until the moving violation is removed?

There Are No Points Assigned To The Driver!

To answer the question, they never fall off as you never got any points to begin with.
They will be on your PSP report for 36 months however.

It's really messed up that an officer can give you any violation they want and at the end of the day, it's their word vs yours. You are at the mercy of the officer.

How is that even legal in this country?

Dude, we work in a regulated industry by our constitution, like it or not.

The rules are really really simple to follow, in your case you sign off on the logs is a must, it should have been covered sometime while training but it is a legal issue too… just get into an accident.

these officers don’t care either way, some are pricks while a majority of them are doing their just so they sometimes protect you from making a career ending mistake, this is one of them …

Sometimes you can fight an issue, most of the time they will document their reasons because that’s what they do every day but many times they will lose when it goes to someone else to judge it.

Imagine if they did something like this for four wheeler civilians where they weren't able to take it to court and what just have to eat it. How do you think that would turn out?

Truck drivers stay getting punked by the government.
