3 months and not getting better. I went to the see ortho about my tennis elbow and here is the solution given instead of surgery. I have tendons that are severely torn. Wear the brace very tight, even while sleeping. It took 2 years for me left arm to get better and now I have torn the right side. The Ortho Doc told me that it is due to overuse and surgery has a lengthy recovery. Try the brace shown, I have tried them all and this one seems to work best, Doc told me to keep it very tight and place the cushioning pad on top of the sore area. Just a thought to maybe help you along and still keep functioning, yours might be different but it is worth a try. Mueller is the brand in the following pic and can be found at most big box pharmacies. I am not a doctor but I have slept at the Holiday Inn.
