Only reason I dnt use solution is because my gauge is broke and gotta guess how much I have. I can see why they decided to get a fuel program, most company drivers dnt know how to manage fuel and how much to get during a trip. Being I used to be an owner op I know how costly fuel can get.

 

2 mins for him to do it. 30 mins to an hour to get a reply via phone or Qualcomm And as for "you can get fuel at any big chain truck stop" Sure, can, 50 gals. Get more than 50 and see if you get a phone call. I did.

 

Ive never gotten phone calls for getting more than 50 gal. of course my fuel gauge is broke though.

 

I do follow the fuel solutions and I'm not complianing. Not having to figure your fuel stops out yourself make things a little easier. BUT, my fuel gauge doesnt work and I dont always trust being able to make it 900 miles between the fuel solution stops so I sometimes take it upon myself to stop on my own. I was merely letting the previouse poster know that all big chain truck stops are authorized just in case of an emergency. And BTW, I was a lieutenant commander in the navy. Two? Heck, I got more than that. I usually pick a couple up whenever I coast through a terminal. Sometimes I got 6 or 7.. if ya ever need one, just ask...lol

 

I would have gone officer myself in the military had I not gotten fawked up as an enlisted man in iraq, got me BS in physics.

 

I only have an Associate Degree. Got it before I went into the Navy.

 

Ah, I was working on my phd in nuclear physics before coming back on the road, if something happens and I gotta quit It is prob what Ill go back to.
