Its not that bad my company has that program.Fueled up 7 times in one day? I wouldnt say that is a exaggerated a tad bit. Its actually a software program that routes the fuel stops on your assigned route it is accurate 99% of the time but occasionally it will throw you outta route but if you do your homework properly you will catch it and a call to your dm will fix it.

Just like elogs its just another way to hire people willing to hold a steering wheel and not have to think. If all they want is cheap labor then let them hire monkeys.

Call my DM to fix it??? Yeah right. I've got better things to do than sit on hold all day. It wasn't broke before. If they like this program so well, then let's just do what it wants us to do. In the shop we use to tell the foreman, yes I know its wrong you didn't tell us to do it right, we were told to do as you tell us remember?

The problems is if you follow the outta route fuel stop you wont be paid for those miles, I once sent a fuel stop 100 miles one way outta route, I was like NOT and I called my dm to fix it...

Are there veteran OTR company truck drivers at U.S.A. Truck? If so, how large or how small a percentage is it?

J_Frog thats what I have been saying along here! It may look good on paper but this makes no sense at all its some people sitting in there office who has never ever drove a truck saying this is and will work! NOT it is just away for them to tell us what to do when to do it how to do it! Next thing they are going to do is have someone seated next to us telling us when to shift, watching our rpms when to turn how to turn when to eat when to pee when to sleep and when to get up!
I do not need to be baby sat!
I came home for home time thursday had to take my truck to a freightliner shop to get fixed its still in the shop! My FM wanted me to get it out of the shop and run even though i do not have AC and tri pack does not work plus other things and said we will try to get you to another shop! Ya right! I went to the shop yesterday morning thank god they had it in the shop should be ready later tonight or tomorrow! Kicker is my FM said i can not get break down pay because i am at home but was suppose to have left monday why should it matter if I am at home or at a freaking motel i should get break down pay i am not working because my truck is getting fixed! Just another way of getting the shaft!

That is what I am thinking about doing and then deal with it if they do! about sick of it and do not need to deal with this BS anymore maybe its time to say good bye to USA for good! Find a company that really cares about there drivers and pay what your worth!
