so far Arnold has took freght from link America,, and left us owner ops from link sitting around for days,, it is now three weeks in to this and we do not have any of our normal fight that we have always had. I belive that Arnold is trying to starve us out by not giving us the runs we need,, with coming to Arnold miles has been cut from 2500 - 3000 to 1600 in one week and is not enuf of owner, dispatch at Arnold dont seem to know what the hell is going on around there, and payroll is really messed up with money being put in places it should not be,, trying to pay us .28 per mile fuel sure charge, seems like we are now working for the I DONT HAVE A ########## CLUE GROUP . does not seem like they could dispatch them selves out of there own bathroom. this is one link driver that is ready to move on to another place to be paid for what i can do,, good luck to any one who wants to work at Arnold bring your own lube and sand,,,,

What can you tell me about Arnold? Good company or NO?

this i now into the 2nd month ,, and Arnold has still not got any better. they are still letting us owner ops set around and go no where, got me out west and let me set for 73 hours before a load come in ,and tryed to tell them i do not do resets on the road, so i broke reset at 33.5 hours and did PTI just to #### with them leaving me with only 21hrs left for the week, and told them i was needing to go home for my reset, and they told me they could not find a load for my still. So i took it upon myself to start going home anyway, being an owner. by the time i got 225 miles back to the east i got a call from them asking me why i was moving back east, i told them i do not do resets on the road an was going home, at that time for some amazing reason a load was found for me going home because they did not want me to go home with making them some money, and this has has happened time an time again. one driver with them that i know has been asked to come out of his home time to deliver a load for another driver that was out of time,, and was only 3 miles away from his delivery, make his delivery for him and baby set his tri for 10hrs while he was on break, and was just asking for a favor. so what kind of company does this,,,, one that does not care about the DRIVER. They must learn some how that the driver must come first,, if not ,, soon they will not have drivers and we are the ones that make the money for them,, with out us they have no company. so for all who read this i think you must start to think about becoming owner ops, the more of us that do the more control we can have out here, time for the big company's to start to think if all of us where owners, and its coming to that,, we could put them out of work, and we would get paid the right price for what we really do out here,,, keep this country running,,,, all for now WARCHILD

Miles seem to be steady once out of Florida. So far this week it's been
Zephyrhills to Miami
Miami to Jax
Jax to Bennetsville, SC to Dayton, OH
Dayton, OH to West Jefferson, OH to Mt. Crawford, VA
Mt. Crawford, VA to Toano, VA to Trenton, OH (current load).
Already preplanned Lima, OH to Salisbury, NC
Overall assessment from me... They have a very hard time with FL freight as opposed to Link who didn't -
i see you got runs ,, but they are all short,, runs that you can bump the dock two times a day ,, lots of runs in Fl but all that went to company drivers

The bump the dock pay comes in handy at that point.

If you do own your rig and don't like how Arnold is running you, leave. It's really not that hard to lease on to another company, especially another "mega carrier". As far as owner ops controlling things... With you're horrible, self-defeating-attitude, I would worry about your own business (because being an o/o is a business). Screwing yourself out of 49 hours is not a good business plan. -
the point i make is that i control me nobody else does,, and as far as leaving that is the plan now,, working for another big carrier NO WAY,, and my dispatcher is very nice we talk fine,, they just make them do things i dont think they want to do,,, mine came from,,, link,,, so i see you only been driving for 1 year (( you will learn about it all,,, give it another 5 years you might see the light ))) oo ((( helladumb )))) you watch to much south park
EZX1100 Thanks this.
