A lot of factories work 8 hours.
Some have shuttle from assembly floor to warehouse. Another option might be big box lumber yard or large steel warehouses. Making deliveries.

I was going to suggest Owens & Minor but I see that they have closed their Orlando warehouse. I worked there a number of years ago out of their Coppell Texas warehouse and it was 5 days a week 7 to 10 hour shifts. Medical supply company delivering to hospitals. I went back on the road with a previous employer because they started cutting us back Friday nights in an effort to keep us at 45 hours or less. Still was a good job with good benefits.

Look into Fresenius/Tru Blu Logistics. They work normal 5 day a week shifts and offer good benefits. Steer clear of the dump trucks and concrete haulers, you’ll be working with pure trash, lots of felons, registered sex offenders, just people you don’t wanna know.
