Really, I'll buy lunch just to watch.

But I have to say when I worked for rite aid and Swift put us out of work, I also declined their generous offer, If I stayed they would allow me to have my job back after I went OTR with them for a year.

Now I'm not sure, But I believe that I told them they could park there trucks right there in the manure factory, so you maybe be able now to drive for them and peck manure. Hoe convenient. Thats if they took my humble suggestion of course.

By the way lets start a new tread to argue about something that really does not matter to anyone with any experience.

I think we all got it. Legally when you are in the sleeper logged as sleeper and feel a need to empty out something requiring your attendance out of the sleeper you must lg it as poo time. Now lets move on.

Yes that is me. Still doesn't change the fact I have a black belt in hours of sleep logging. I drink a 5th of koolaid every night and still drive down the road correct.

I have the black belt with service stripes, not to mention, drumrollllllllll, I have pushed a coffee cup more miles across a truckstop counter than you have driven and filled out more log pages than toilet paper squares you have used to wipe your behind.

that's a southern saying powder joints, chicken tend to follow cows and other animals around and peck bits of feed out of their manure, so I would rather do that than drive for swift. and that's all how free range organic chickens feed themselves

it basically you would rather peck crap with the chickens before doing something.

and I would prefer being locked in jail cell with a big guy named bubba who thought I looked cute before I would drive for swift or ______ fill in the name of a mega carrier. I am slightly past all that.

Well I have never logged any on duty time for a load or unload, ever. "See officer, I got right in and they sent me to the drivers room". You want me to log on duty time then eliminate the 70 rule. I'm not trying to be a wise guy here, just trying to earn a living within these ridiculous rules placed on me.

Leave it to a bunch of bored truck drivers to over complicate the simplest question.
