I need to clear* $2,000 a week with a $440/month truck payment and figuring 10cpm for maintenance. After all expenses, I think 2k is fair for owning a truck, and the associated risks/ extra work. I do not own a trailer. Also, I don't refuse freight generally unless it's something so bad even my dispatcher expects me to. I'll run as hard as they can let me.

Chinatown is right with great wide what ever you do, please don't start with on agent work under Central dispatch, that way you can learn how the company run, if you go with a agent right out the gate on you end up with a bad one you will same great wide is no good, when you are on Central dispatch you find your own loads, you can see loads that any agent list, there are two ways to see the loads , if you come in and go right away a agent as a agent driver only that agent will see you, no other agent will see you if they don't post your truck up, after you learn were the money then you can lock your self down with the agent that have what you are looking for good lol driver
