I can see why you want to move on. You won't survive or at least won't make a decent living with pay like that. If you're going to go chemicals may I suggest that you look at percentage pay, with whoever you decide to go with. You will be pleasantly surprised how much more you can make. I can give you some suggestions if you would like. Just PM me and I can give you a couple of companies that will do fine.
The trick with percentage is to keep the deadhead miles down to a minimum, but don't be scared of that. I know a few guys hauling hazmat/chemicals. Everyone of us are percentage.

I would check Dana. Like any trucking, it you keep the door shut and ride you can make good money out here. In my eyes, the pay you posted from Trimac is cheap.
