You didn't answer my question.Reason I asked because if you are on probation that could make a huge difference on who and who will not hire you.

Providing that I am NOT mistaken, It may POSSIBLY mean being on probation for any crime, felony, or misdemeanor.

pattyj and janet quail Thank this.

Because probation is the only reason a young CDL holder can't leave the state, huh? Maybe he is under the age of 21, which means no interstate CDL work...

If you read my post again I simply asked.I wasn't coming up with any accusations. Then the poster didn't answer my question so I asked again. He very well could be under 21 which leaves a problem too.Companies want new drivers to leave the state for training.Name 1 company that trains only for 1 state just one.People go to school spend good money and time to get their CDL and then have obsticles that prevents companies from hiring them.Don't know why they don't get the obsticles cleared long before they go to school.

ok that question clearly tells me you're not on probation.Sorry if you thought I was accusing you of being on probation.I wasn't,I only asked is all. When someone is on probation they cannot leave the state and that's why I asked.Considering you cannot leave the state you may have trouble finding a company that'll hire you.Unless maybe construction but again don't know if they have trainers. You might wanna consider driving a school bus till you can leave your state or some class B job that trains.I have also seen tanker companies that train for local work but you'll then need a tankers endorsement which really is the easiest endorsement to get.

    TivonX Thanks this.
