live in pa want to run all 48. Need to make between 70-80k and still get some hometime. Decent 401k and benefits. What companies offer this realistically? I don’t care if it’s flatbed or reefer or van. No tanker stuff tho and has to be otr! Free rent

1200 after taxes and that's taking it easy but I found out later that they added per diem when I left I was taking home 1500 a week after taxes and the weeks I didn't go home usually bump it up by about 500 more

Seriously? 1500 a week after taxes that’s a bit too much man lol. How many miles is that on? So you can stay out over the weekend with these guys? I see they have a great 401k match better than my current one. Currently I’m making on average 1575 gross on 3k miles with free health insurance decent 401k 1% less that pgt. Would you say I could make more than that with pgt basically with paying no health premium that’s an extra 70 bucks a week I’d have to pay with pgt so in retrospect I’m making like 1640 a week gross on 3k miles. Grant it some weeks are less some more last week only drive 2350 miles made 1250 complete bs week prior to that drove 3700 miles made 1925 gross week before that 3k miles for 1575. Would you say I’d make more with pgt or less?
