What kind of accessories? I have seen some drivers with ramps so the dog can get in and out of the truck easier. Most of the other stuff I just got at the pet store and she slept on a folded up comforter and sleeping bag on top of which was a doggie bed. Anytime out of the truck she was on a leash only because she is one of those dogs that all of a sudden forgets her name if she is free to run lol.

If you shower, a real doctor might have a look at you.

    ;)

Carry your dog's vaccination records and home state license with you. As for vets, take a look at VCA - they are a nationwide company of vets, hospitals, imaging centers, and labs.

If your very concerned, get a certificate of health for your dog from your vet every 30 days.

At the same time, two of my drivers have been driving with their dogs for 15 years without a problem.

Lots of extra water, lots of walks, a deep mat under spill proof bowls, a little bed, and a blow gun to blow out the cab once a week.

Shaggy's post is suggesting the dog requires a license from each state that it travels in. I say that's nonsense.
