Dutch Maid must have changed their website; nothing about cdl training on there any more. Did I miss it?
There were some posts on here that were very positive about the company.

    c.lloyd83 Thanks this.

Can you draw unemployment until you're actually on the payroll of some company.
Wilson Logistics classroom time is only one week, then you hit the road with your trainer for OJT.

Nope, unemployment stated Amazon had "just cause" to let me go... As for Wilson Logistics, I can't get on there because Jim Palmer stated that they wouldn't hire me... and supposedly according to their recruiter, that goes for all 3 of those companies...

Update: Dutch Maid - Does offer training, pay from day 1 is $400/wk before taxes. Have to have CLP and Tanker. Have to supply own housing @ $260/wk. Fleet is fully auto, however they do have a 10 speed to learn on if I do desire... have to cover all food and travel to and from hotel...

Keller Transport - Have to cover transportation there, then they have a vehicle to get to and from training but I would need to cover gas and food both weeks. Training is 2 weeks long 6 days a week. They pay for first CDL test, if I fail any part, I would have to cover subsequent testing... then I go OTR for 5 weeks which I would get paid $125/day. After that, get my own truck and driver regional... downfall aside from upfront costs, is they only train automatic. However, if I want to pay $1000 out of pocket then I would be able to train and test on manual and school would be three weeks instead of 2. Also, this company is 100% no touch freight.

I will keep searching and keep everyone posted! And I will look into Sygma as well!
