The temptation to state something really mocking and cruel here is terrible.

Half Ounce, 36, is the third rapper shot and killed in Los Angeles County in less than a month. On Sept. 12, rapper PnB Rock, whose real name was Rakim Allen, was fatally shot during a botched robbery for the 30-year-old's jewelry while he was having lunch at Roscoe's House of Chicken & Waffles in South Los Angeles.
On Sept. 24, Kee Riches, 23, whose real name was Kian Nellum, was shot and killed in Compton along with 29-year-old Robert Leflore Jr.Flat Earth Trucker and MartinFromBC Thank this. -

Where the hell do these losers get these stupid ####ing names from.

I may not be familiar with these individuals or their lyrics specifically, but I am familiar with that lifestyle. We all are. Glorification of violence in the rap culture is abundant, and so it never surprises me that these incidents of murder occur.
In a non romantic lyrical meaning, Elton John still may describe them as having lived their lives like a candle in the wind.
It is a clear indicator of how far gone our society is that the underlying causes of such violence within the black community is not scrutinized or dealt with in any meaningful way, rather it is promoted.JoeyJunk and ProfessionalNoticer Thank this. -
Good riddance. Sounds like Mother Nature is cleaning up the streets of LA. Godspeed, darling!
CassND, JoeyJunk, Flat Earth Trucker and 2 others Thank this. -
I've said it before, why is it always rappers?
Country boys and metalheads aren't blastin' on each other over something (most likely) pointless.JoeyJunk, MartinFromBC and TexasRiverRat Thank this.
