Save them some more money, print that and put it in break room.
Id tell them not to find me a reload, i’m going to terminal, then I’d be cleaning my truck out.

Super Mario Kart is a good training tool for a company like that.

    Or…
    Be just like them.

Next fuel up, buy a gallon of oil on fuel card.
    Sale that gallon for $5.
They stole your money, you get it back.

It’s not theft if your getting your money back they stole.
Don’t do it every fill up, say every other fill up.
Quit checking oil, drive truck hard, never shut it off.

It’ll cost them more on long run.

Have a couple friends with a fleet of dump trucks, them along with 95% of the regular dump truck drivers I see are to lazy to get out and check the edge of the bed for rocks. Remind me of union electricians I use to work around at EZ, most were fleas…. Flea being the guy who drags his feet and goofs off causing the company to spend more to finish the job….

Too many companies out there charging their drivers to have a job. Unless they can prove it was done maliciously, its just a road hazard. My windshield got 3 chips last week from a gravel truck going the other direction. The driver doesnt always have control over things like a windshield loss.

If they dinged him over this chicken ####, what will they do when it comes to something that actually matters?

If I couldn’t move on to greener pastures right now I’d go with @Judge ‘s suggestion until I could. I have no tolerance for moving the goalposts.

Are you knocking a home run on your regular wages and the safety bonus is just a little bit of icing on the cake ? Or is the safety bonus pretty critical to you making a decent income? My decision would be based on which one of this two is the reality.

I don't know about everyone else, but my commercial insurance does not pay for windshield replacement. It is purely a maintenance cost.
