    Quick silly question.
If I have 1,011 points fron Loves does that mean I have $10.11 to spend or $1.01 to spend in store?

Has been 5 years since I did loves reward but I recall it was 1 penny per point. So you should have $10

As I understand it a point is worth 1 cent. So 1000 points should = $10.00

It'd a penny a point, so $10.11. You can get a roller dog and a refill.

And if you don’t use the card in 6 months, they deactivate it, and you get to spend 30 minutes of your life getting another one activated.

Don’t ask me how I know.

Thanks everyone. I get fuel about every 3-4 months at loves and never actually redeemed anything with it. Figured I'm going to be passing one this evening and could stop for food.

If your company - it’s all about who gives the most points.

As an owner, it baffles me to see others pass up better cash discounts on fuel - because they (PFJ) offer 10 times points.

Anything in a truck stop is double the price you can buy elsewhere - I guess using the points for overpriced crud fast food might make sense, but I’d rather have the bird in hand.

Well, normally we fuel at the yard, but way too often the person who's job it is to make sure the tank isn't empty fails. That's when I go to whoever is convenient to me which sometimes is Loves. Not too often but way more often than I should be.

Let me just say this about Loves. On a recent trip, Loves is by far the cleanest, and also the most busy. On a certain exit, there was a Loves on one side, a Flying J on the other. The Loves, you couldn't get another vehicle in that lot. They were waiting 2 and 3 deep for the pumps. I went to the Flying J, not as nice, NOBODY there, same price. People are such sheep sometimes. Now, I'll agree, some Pilots are pretty bad, but they have been around for 40 years. Flying J wasn't so bad.

    ZVar and SoulScream84 Thank this.

It's 50/50 for me. We have deals with Loves and PFJ, so can use either. Typically Loves is the cleanest so they get my business. When I ran my own equipment I was all about looking for the best price on fuel, and could usually find someplace .40-.50 cheaper than the big boys.

    Bean Jr. Thanks this.
