Went from loading at jbs in Greeley up to Sunmer,WA. Unload at sysco there. Dead head to Pendleton,OR. Load at Newlywed foods. Head to Cavendish in Jamestown,ND. Unload and load at same. Deliver this load to sysco in Jackson, WI tomorrow. Will have approx 2.5 hours left on 70. No recaps till Sunday. Gotta do a 34. Joey gave me a load from here to Greensboro,NC. That is until late I had him look at hours. And I quote,( your hours suck) no #### surlock. Had to laugh. Oh by the way. Drove through snow out side of Butte MT.

Had really bad hours following my jaunt from Portland to Virginia that only left me with 2 hrs of drive time today so I decided to make a visit to the OOIDA headquarters in Grain Valley MO.

Had a nice tour of the facility and got to meet some of the voices from the Landline show and visit the radio studio. Great people there who fight for our interests and are real trucking junkies.

Tomorrow more hours back and a quick run up to Fargo for some short runs heading into hometime.

Well, everyone (including me) whines about Ashley, but this time she did me a solid without being asked.
I'm on recap but I have to be home Monday for a Dr. Appt. Without prompting while I was sleeping in Napoleon (Been running nights) she set me up on a load to get me there on time and (someone wake me, I'm dreaming) it's actually a somewhat TIGHT schedule. (600 mile days for 4 days to get there 10 hours before the appt.).

She was all freaked out about if I could make it or not :confused2:. I have the hours coming. It's a non-issue

I run 600+ every day unless it's totally pointless. Do we really have that many drivers who CAN'T make 600+ a day?

Whatever, she hooked me up with no prompting, I dropped the trailer in Hopkins and she had a local guy pickup for me (which is much appreciated) and drop the trailer in CR, so it was in and out. Go Ashley. What the Hell, we all complain about her, I thought I'd post something positive.

Glad you've come around to the bright side w/ Ashley! I have no complaints with her and she's done me solid and helped keep mfa rolling.

I like her. She has always done me right with what's she has available. She has always found a way to keep me moving when I am due home in a week or so. That uses all my available days instead leaving me sitting waiting on load going home. She is bit high strung but I can deal with that. Would rather have that than someone who just doesn't care.

I get along better with Ashley than Matt...when I talk to her, I actually have a conversation. With Matt, it's almost like he's got better things to do than speak to me, but has enough restraint to not say "shut up and let me get back to work". He's never been rude, but seldom friendly.

Ashley suffers from migraines. And you know what a mess trucking can be. So have a heart if you get her on a bad day.

My wife and daughter get those. I know those are awful it knocks both of them out when one hits. I feel her pain. Like I said early she has always done her best to give me miles and keep me moving with what she has available

Been busy here lately. From home (Houston) to China Grove TX- Jackson WI then to Racine WI- Fargo ND. In the shop now because my truck is throwing codes but I reload in Grand Forks ND tonight going to Doraville GA. Not a bad week so far. Just hate being in the shop but truck needs to run right...
