Look out for more Fudex wrecks...I read a story this morning where UPS is going on strike right before the Christmas shipping season, so that means more shippers will be moving gift purchases via the competition...at least at first. Maybe more freight being moved by UPS's broker Coyote

They're saying it's the machinist union for the planes...but if Big (brown) Bird isn't flying, that's gonna limit next day and 2nd day deliveries

 

I pu in Omega GA headed for..... uggggghhhh.....northern MD for Friday. I know, it's miles and it's timed right...but I just hate anywhere around the DC/Baltimore speedway (or at least that is what most of the drivers in that area think I-95 is)

 

They will just charter planes. When iworked American International we fly a lot of stuff for UPS

Not too bad, 32 is a good road between 95 and 97. Depending on construction, 695 to 97 is easier than the tunnels.

I will be coming up from DC, so unless things have changed a lot, I don't recall any tunnels...but I have only been in that part of purgatory once in the last couple years.
