I called her twice and both times she picked right up.

 

I have tried all hours of the day...from my home phone and cell. Voicemail every time.

Just called again, both the number the automated robo-call listed, and the number on Tony's message. Both went to the same voicemail. If it weren't for federal requirement to have insurance, I would just leave one final message, with the head of the agency she is associated with saying..."since she can't bother calling me back any of the times we have left a message, you can shove your high priced crap insurance where you have room for it. Apparently you have too many customers so you won't mind losing one...I will go elsewhere to get my insurance"...then leave a truthful but negative review on any/all internet related sites with their name on it. This kind of customer service is unacceptable.

But I bet if I was a new customer wanting to start a policy...I would bet my last donut that I would get a call back asap...until my 1st premium payment was paid...then I would be in no mans land.
