I had an average of 10k a month so I'm looking at a 7 cent raise. When does the pay change go into effect?

 

That is SO Baltimore! They don't even need a union to act that way. A friend told me he had two skids left on the trailer and the crew stopped, went to a meeting and the left for the day. The next crew had a meeting then finally took the skids off about 45 minutes later!

 

As the former owner of a Trucking Co my opinion of a sliding pay scale is it would SUCK for the driver. ...and here are a few reasons
1) A dispatcher could make or break Ya
2) With these Appts U guys have Ur at the mercy of shippers/ receivers as we saw with SSB today
3) Equipment problems

Too many variables that U the driver have NO CONTROL over but these issues CONTROL Ur Financial Wellbeing

 

Looks like it's going to be a little bit chilly when I get to Fargo. In the teens.

 

I don't have any trouble producing consistently.

My average is 13880 for these 4 months.

 

Average...In my year here, I haven't even been close to crossing the 13k barrier let alone average that high. I truly feel that I made a huge mistake getting on that flight to Fargo...my monthly average for the year is in the 9900's thru October, and this month won't even be close to that.

 

That's why you haven't posted on the other thread, you're too busy to eat or drink.
I'm going to stay out 4 weeks this month, I hate Turkey and don't want to be home for it.
