It often happens when they tow us and turn on the engine...Randy thinks it will clear itself, we will see

A #### up on load info may end up causing me not to get home by Xmas. I am kicking myself for not taking the load that would have gotten me home by today...even though it would have meant 2 weeks off since I have time sensitive plans for the week after Xmas...which are in jeopardy if I don't get home by Saturday. It's a fitting end to one of the worst years I have ever had as a company driver.

Left Pleasant Prairie at midnight last night got to Fargo at 1100. It's pretty sad when . you have to go to Fargo to get warm. It was 12 below when I left Pleasant Prairie get to Fargo it was 30. 40 degrees warmer. At the J in Grand Forks now to pick up at 0800 tomorrow to going to Sysco Atlanta for Friday. Load offer says it's a dry load but it's coming out heningson c/s. Not sure about that.
This will be my last load for the year. Coming back on the 2nd. Everyone have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Just want thank You all for helping me out and hearing me out when I get frustrated.

Yeah know the feeling, after a check on the old finances I have to forgo the x-mas break, mostly down to my miscalculating so I'm blaming me lol. At least I will get by the house this week so the family can take their pound of flesh for me rearranging X-mas, and then its out again...

Well normally I roll with the punches on the broker loads but man, this load from IL to IL (276 miles) to get me by the house is crazy...

First imagine pulling into a lot full of low rent O/O's and low end carriers only to find out the shipper is running 6-7 hours behind and the 6 pm trucks will likely not load until midnight. Well I guess to be fair so long as I leave by 6 am I can make the load on time and I do need the money so what the heck, dress for bed and wait for a call...

Funny.you should say that. She is doing 2 shows her and friends put together with a little help well a lot of help from her teacher from last year. One at the children's hospital at noon then that evening for the youth at church. As she calls it "A Rockin Christmas Eve." rock versions of Christmas songs.
