Odd thing happened at GA scale just south of Chattanooga. Got sent to the scale lane. DOT officer standing there look at the truck asked me my name wrote some stuff on a clipboard told me to have a good and don't stop on the scales. Wonder what I did wrong

 

Needed some names for his Christmas card list....

 

Didn't ask for OD or anything

 

Made it home...a day late... made 6 hrs of detention, 1 day of layover, 3 extra drops pay on this load then preloaded a trailer for Jeremy and dropped in the Greensboro yard for another driver and got extra drop pay and 125 miles... in a few hrs... a little Christmas money...
Even though I was a day late, I am a day early from what I requested....
Not coming back till Jan 3rd...

Company name, Truck number, drivers name and your on some list to say they been working!

 

Anyone notice they changed the website where we sign in? Hope the next thing on their "to do" list in IT is fix the drilldown. It was working for a week or two after the last update, but it's back to loads appearing and disappearing again.

And it also says that Magnum will be closed 12/26 and 1/2 in observance of the holidays...WTF? Maybe that is the sales and warehouse staff, surely not dispatch/operations....

 

Do you guys have a board to pick loads off of?

 

No on the outbound loads ND MN they will ask which way do you want to go or tell you what's available then you take which one you want.

 

There will be coverage - I believe Ashley is working this weekend...
