I've seen a lot of us posting that we will be out until after New Years, that's a lot of inbound freight to find and dispatch between Tuesday and Friday. And that's for those that are coming off of home time...Heck, I won't even be in my home state until New Years day...hope my wife's family has good cell coverage where they live or Jeremy will get to talk to the machine. I actually figure, living in the freight void that I do, I won't be leaving until 1/3 or 1/4 anyways.

He use to send me to Preferred Freezer, but the only time I have been there in the last 3 or 4 months was when I delivered, then he sent me to Augusta to pick up. Almost thought we lost their business.

When they send a load via the Peoplenet, we only see loaded miles. In order to see all miles we can check our miles by logging on the employee part of the website, it shows loaded and empty miles. But the loads appear and disappear for some reason. And no one in the office can figure out why. Sometimes I have to wait until payday to see them once they fix my loads before they cut the digital check.

Did anyone do a Christmas tree load this year? I haven't heard anyone talking about any.

It was weird today, I guess it's a side effect of the holiday weekend. I came thru Nashville today, 6:45 and the only time I had to slow down was to make the curves in malfunction junction. Even the west bound traffic coming into town was rolling and much lighter than normal. I guess a bunch of folks went over the river and thru the woods to granny's place early this year. Although Atlanta was a totally different story. At noon-30, the backup started in Marietta and lasted until almost the bypass.

Ahh get me out of here. Every been over someone else's house and it's all about me. Who has done everything and is better at it then everybody else at everything. Like sitting at a truck stop. Critizes everybody about everything. Complains a gift it isn't something they can use. Welcome to my MIL. And has accomplished nothing in real life but only in their own mind
