Unfortunately Pilot customer service thinks trucking is a 5 day a week job, they're not open on the weekend. The person behind the counter took pity on me (and my odor)...when they saw the last fuel ticket I printed out that shows shower power 3 days ago(and the 1000's of points I have), they gave me one. The return to the 500 gal threshold is a good perk for us lowly Mangnum wraiths.

That doesn't sound right. Try calling them back.
Do you use the app for your showers or swipe your card at the kiosk? I use the app exclusively for showers now. Way easier.

Kiosk. The app has locked me out of accessing my card account. Before I came to Magnum I didn't use Pilot much, so I forgot my password, then the reset failed and locked me out. I can still use the card and points, but can't get access to all the app does, including showers. Tried calling customer service a couple times only to sit on hold endlessly, until I finally give up.

If need a shower and am at a truckstop where don't fuel, I always stand by the kiosk and wait for a driver that hasn't shower in a week and ask for a extra shower credit
    They always have them.

I have found that calling during the middle of the night works best. Daytime is a lost cause.

Well the 17 has over 100K on her clock and so the minor issues are starting lol, today after my last PM the yellow check engine light illuminated and the external temp gage started reading 145 degrees.

Where was that a week ago when I needed to idle to keep warm lol. Well at least the beginning of the week won't be boring...

I finally got thru to the Flying Peelot customer service...they use to be on limited hours, but it's been so long since I've called, I didn't realize they went 24/7.

The lady said that I still have to get 1000 points for shower power, and my account shows no special program. She couldn't explain why a receipt from the 12th showed shower power and now it's gone...so like so many things associated with Flying Pilot...there is a glitch. Maybe it's the old bait-n-switch deal like they did with the scam fuel rebate program that so many Pilot Exec's are serving jail time for now.

When I met Wayne G at driver appreciation, he seemed like a generally honorable person. I honestly don't know how he could desire any kind of business association with the crook that owns Pilot.
