Yea, they paid me for a load that I delivered late Sunday when the cut off was Saturday. It was so nice of them and it was unexpectedly generous especially with all the time I took at the Holiday. I only had 2 loads on the first check...
I've netted, yes netted what you grossed... in the last 2 paychecks. That's with taxes, health insurance, life insurance, short term disability deducted.
And I will have taken 7 days hometime this month, first 3 days of the year (I took off from dec 23rd till the 3rd of January... and I'm headed home after I deliver tonight at 0100)... and I have 2 loads I scanned after this last cut off...
So we all ain't unhappy...
Did right around 10,000 miles in January with 7 days off...

 

Honestly, I can hardly wait for my income tax return...that way I can afford to go bankrupt, then I could afford to work here.

 

BTW they opened a new Love's at the exit you get off to deliver in Springfield OH. Today was their Grand Opening.

Dude just leave, it's been like forever that you are going. Screw the hiring bonus, you'd have made it up by now somewhere else.

BTW, had an awesome year last year and made $65K+, sorry things didn't go well for you - the next place will hopefully turn things around.

 

Dude...if I don't have the extra cash to pay a lawyer to go bankrupt...how can I afford to skip a week or two to go elsewhere? The reason I keep saying after the ''income tax refund" is because the combination of my wifes medical expenses and my $53k gross earnings in 2016, my savings account balance is $0...the reason I gave up my vacation to tote my Ma-in-law to Ohio to see here family after Xmas is because she paid my December house payment as compensation...and that was paid 1 week before Jan.'s payment was due. F the bonus...I am staying solely until I get my tax refund.

 

Good, really I was only being half snarky, this place is just not right for you and you'd be so much better off in a place where you weren't frustrated all the time....some yes, but not all.
