You haven't been happy in over a year here. I really could care less if you stay or go. But if I was as unhappy as you I woulda left long ago. I wouldn't ##### about it for a year... that's for sure....
I'm not a fan of performance pay either... but I've gotten .8 raises and .03 drops... for me it all averages out...
But ####... my sanity is more important... so if I HATED it like you do I would bolt... after a year... no excuse seems rational... a month ago it was your last hometime... now your going on hometime again... your the proverbial boy who called wolf....

I'm gonna start a pool and my bet is I leave Magnum before you do!! Lol

 

Just for the record... I dropped .03 cpm. To .47 a Mile I also took off 5 weeks in the 4 month period. Totally expected.
Can't find a company that I can make more and go home a week every month... I might jump if I could.....

 

I haven't been happy for 14 of my 17 months.
If you start a pool, put me down for $100...unless you're leaving before the 21st of next month...if you are leaving, then nevermind... (hint hint)

 

Good. I wish you nothing but the best. You deserve to be happier. Magnum just wasn't a good fit for you. Too bad. Your a good dude. Hopefully you get out from under that black cloud that constantly follows you....

13 years ago when I started at Crete, I started at .41/mile, within a couple years I was at .47...I just got cut to .43. And this is AFTER I talked to Chad about last trimester per mile pay cut. So in 13 years, that's all the better Magnum can do. Please.... The boss must need a new Beemer

 

Looked at my stats and I'd be at .48 cpm. But I took substantial time off for the holidays and the winter trimester was a bit slow for freight in truth. Didn't really push things either, trained instead.

Quite honestly ssb, I have no idea what you're doing wrong to get those kind of numbers. I'd be leaving too.

 

I've got to chime in on how "terrible" our company is... I just had the worst 4 month period since coming to Magnum 16 months ago. I averaged 9251 miles (that's INCLUDING ghost miles) for the period. I had some surgery & was off 3 weeks straight in Nov-Dec. And, for some reason, I averaged 7.02 mpg (I'll be having the shop check into this). I got an overweight ticket in SD, an overweight warning in MN, and a red light camera fine in IL (none of which affect my pay, just magnifying the poor trimester I had). My pay SHOULD have dropped off the chart! Chad took care of me - and that's all I'm gonna say...
