I delivered there once...it isn't too bad, you just almost have to touch the bottom of the door against a hand rail for the steps on the dock I backed in to. They had me unload across the street from the main plant and it was a 1 way around the bldg to back in if I remember right.

    I'll bet that's a picnic, especially if it's a blind side back.

Alot of dry van companies don't have the air release on tandems. There's some tricks to it but it's best to have someone help to pull the pins unless you have one of those fancy spring loaded pin pullers. If you ever need to slide the fifth wheel, there's tricks for that too but you won't have to worry about that here. It's all about training. Some companies do it right...some don't and it's the new guy that suffers.

I guess I'm having PeopleNet problems. When I arrive at shipper or receiver, locks me out with the form for load or empty. I have to reset it to get back to normal. That also costs line-4 time. 1647 looked at it and says it's not set up right so I'll probably have to get it reset from Fargo? I am so dumb when it comes to this new-to-me PeopleNet! Patience...and beer but that will have to wait...

Call Bryce and tell him what it's doing and he might be able to help, otherwise let Chad know. BTW: you can find a better helper than 1647:) trust us you can!

Hitting the suspend button doesn't free it up?

As a work around for now… Till you get it fixed… When it asked if you've arrived click no then fill out the form manually under the create form button … That will save you your line 4 time

Bryce is good news to try a reset from his end. I don't have a suspend button when the form comes over so I've just been resetting the unit. Bryce is also taking care of the line 4 time. Sure do miss my edit button...
