Tony gave me a brand new hat last year, and a Magnum all-in-one pocket tool (pliars, knife, etc.).
And my terminal manager at Crete handed me cash to go to lunch with a new hire once. Said all she wanted was for us to have a good lunch and bring her the receipt.

Definitely interested in what the coaching parameters will be as this will have the most direct impact on the driver. I'll hold my final opinion until they let us know just how much help they plan to give us.powerstroke67 and mattbh23 Thank this. -

Here's an older article about the system and a reason why driver facing cameras are not included

As mentioned, they could do better than an in person power point presentation. If that's all they will do, I won't be seeing it. Some drivers rarely get through Fargo, and when they do it isn't always during business hours or convenient to go by the corporate office. A video or web presentation we can view on the road when convenient would be best in my opinion.
My biggest deal breaker with a company has always been driver facing cameras. An outward facing camera itself I'm actually ok with. I've been running my own since coming here. What I'm going to bite my tongue about on here for now is the "driver coaching" that's coming with this camera. -

So I'm emptied out at NBaltimore OH except for the blood in the trailer. Picking up in Napoleon. I see there's a washout at the truck king ts there? Anywhere else that you guys prefer around there or is that it? Thanks!
