Sounds like it's that 50 amp fuse or fuse housing that is behind the engine under the black cover… to change it yourself you would need a torx bit to take that engine cover off....

Paul and the guy here at TK think the master fuse melted. Waiting to get looked at but I guess there's some problem with the motherboard (circuit board?) on 17's.

    ncmickey Thanks this.

I had that problem at my last company with a fairly new truck. It was the 50amp megafuse in the black box under the bunk shorted and melted. Easy fix at tk if they have the replacement harness and that's what the prob is.

Docked at Ark Refrig in Ft Smith a little early. Glad I called for dir as they want you to come in from Roland OK which didn't bother me none...topped off truck and reefer with good cheap(er) Oklahoma fuel. Will have to break at Roland since my day started early to unload at Little Rock. Del Florence SC Mon at 0600 so things are picking up. Now I'll give Jenn a call and see what's cooking for Mon out if there. Yee Haw!

So, picked up in Long Prairie and WAS headed to N Baltimore, Oh., got a call yesterday afternoon and was told to divert to Green Bay, Wi. I was already on 80 going across Indian (toll) and finally was able to get turned around at exit 72. Made it back to Gary Petro with 25 minutes left on drive (recapping). Got up and delivered to GB and started back towards Ohio. Just before the toll road got another call and was informed that they won't take the load until Monday morning.....back to the Petro!

My APU is also acting up again. It'll run for a few minutes then shut off and give me a warning light. Last time this happened, replacing the 3rd fuse down on the passenger side compartment did the trick. This time, that fuse is not blown. I'm about to go out and investigate when I'm done eating. Any ideas?

Which warning light?? Red triangle? Amber triangle? Any letters? Could be a lot of things.

APUs are great! But mine is over 3 years old and gives me far more problems than my truck does.... this year alone I have replaced the main fuse 2x, the main fuse housing, a refridgerent line that rubbed a hole on the frame, the alternator and the fan. That is since January....Oh... and a bunk heater rebuild.....

I have had ZERO problems since I had the camshaft recall service handled 15 months ago.
Now the APU sporadically acts like it has a dirty fuel filter of a fuel pump going bad. It's due for service so hopefully it lasts till then....
