They will be ELDs instead of AOBRDs

Meaning 100% compliant to 2019 ELD rules.... like no skip, and if you move the truck it will kick to drive....

We use the PC on our Peoplenet. I am restricted to 50 miles a day. But here, it's set by the company. A friend from orientation is limited to 75 miles a day because he lives 60 miles from Church Hill and they set his up so he can go home off the clock. So, PC isn't bad as long as Magnum doesn't restrict it too much.
