No I’m in Aurora in front of Mclanes. I deliver in Englewood in the morning.

Coming thru St. Louis at 445 a.m. it was 80 this morning. In K.C. it was 100 actual temp, in the 110's heat index. Glad I'm not one of the loaders that preload and secure our trailers. Inside a glass plant must be unbearable.

I’d come to Magnum ... BUT most
likely it would play out just like Poly
    does .

Since I just drive and never speak
out to the establishment I automatically
fall straight to the bottom of the pile.

Even Mike got onto me for not saying
    anything after several recent dispatch
    disasters at Poly .

I figure one shouldn’t have to cry out like
birds in a nest hoping to be fed.

    Oh well

Yeah, probably not a good fit if Mike's getting on your case about communication.

    Also, who's Mike?

Head of the Poly people I think ... not
quite sure what his position officially is ,
I go to him or Gulliermo the HR guy
simply because no one else downstairs
    will assist .

A new hire asked me recently “ what’s it like here ( at Poly ) “ I paused and replied “ Imagine you’ve died ... you wake up in the morgue ,you take a look around .. and notice the people going about their task .... but sadly , they don’t see you “ .... “You and I , we don’t exist here “

It’s a hopeless place to say the least

The drivers showed me how to manipulate
the system ... which actually worked ( I experimented once )... but that’s just not
    my natural way

Shouldn’t have to play games in order
    to make a living

Companies are begging for drivers. Say goodby to Poly and give yourself a raise while you're at it.

Honestly, if the equipment stays under you, it's hard to beat $0.52 cpm paid on hub miles...even if the A'hole of the decade is running things upstairs.

    They are changing everything around

Setting up ‘ Regional ‘ areas out of each one
    of the HUBs

I picked up just about a half mile past the plant in Chester on Tuesday. Almost looks like Poly West.
If they are going regional then maybe they will open some shops at the other facilities
