You should file a complaint with DAC, your PSP wouldn’t have the backing accidents per se, it’s the DAC and you can challenge them. I believe Magnum has 30 days to respond so that’s a bummer, your new company wouldn’t listen to your side at all?

You are probably talking about your DAC report. -
And yes I meant DAC report, not PSP.
I'm waiting on a copy now. I have also contacted the safety dept. at the other job and left a message to speak to someone about that record. ( It was after hours) -

War Wagon, were you asleep when the whole DAC crap was covered last year? If ya had called...o well.

And oh look, your whole business is gone... -
Well, I'll tell ya about my luck the past week. Broke down in Memphis in a 2018 truck Saturday afternoon. Spent 8+ hours on the side of the highway while a repair truck made three trips and couldn't get it fixed, then got it towed in. Spent the last five nights in a hotel. Today, when Peterbilt still can't figure out what's wrong, I told my DM they gotta get me rolling. Breakdown pay ain't gonna pay the bills. A few hours later I'm in a rental car headed to recover a truck in NC. I will bring it back and swap out trailers to get my original load and head to Concord, NC for a delivery that will likely be exactly one week late (wonder what the late fee on THAT will be? - lol). I still, for the life of me, cannot figure out why companies (individuals) will pay upwards of $175k for a truck that constantly has some kind of problem. But Magnum is doing me right over this ordeal, and Chad took care of me this last trimester when I had to miss some work for medical reasons. So, as angry as I get with several of the management team, I have to admit they've treated me fairly over the years.

Watch what you say folks...appearantly, if you point out something one member misread about another member's post, the mod's will delete it because it's considered bickering. Had 2 of my post's from yesterday deleted...I can remember when we could have a healthy debate on this forum, seems that doing so now must hurt peoples feeling...(it's only a matter of time before this is delete I'm willing to bet)
