Well that one guy was being a bit of a turd. His part was far from healthy debate.

 

So with Magnum we don't help load or unload.

Is this a Magnum specific luxury, or is it a common feature that comes with hailing refrigerated?

 

Most companies don’t want the workman’s comp issues if you get hurt loading or unloading. Docks are dangerous places.

 

My take on DAC reports. Pull your report before you terminate Magnum as your employer. Write down any accidents, tickets whatever. When applying for the new job, be truthful and if possible show them the report you pulled. They will still pull their own. I pulled mine after i quit. Nothing on it. Not even when i got hit broadside by another truck.

 

Companies do not report to DAC until you terminate your position. Not at the time of any incidents.

Sabotaging a drivers career with heavy questionable DAC usage is probably the lowest thing a company can do. What do they get from it? A discount on background checks. So Magnum sabotages your career to save maybe 10 dollars.
