Yes they test out on a manual. They refurbished one of the old 13 freightliner ltl trucks as a training truck.

 

High winds and winter storm in the Cascades. Trees were coming apart on the top of Tiger mountain. Had the chainsaw crews out to open the road.

Ran Snoqualmie twice too. Been a fun day.

Fargo: hey Eric! I see you're headed to Bismarck. I have Plan for you and wanted to see how you like it.

Me: yes sir! Let's hear it!

Fargo: I've got a Bismarck to Grand forks for you. Id like you to drop it in the Fargo yard and I'll have a trailer waiting for you that's headed to twin falls Idaho. How does that sound? Ok?

Me: that sounds better than ok! Let's do it! Thanks!

I'm shutting down in Bismarck for a 34. Guess I won't be drinking beer with you. Maybe next time.
