Been a real long time since I was in there. Def something everyone should experience.

 

A little heath tid bit. Some of you drivers know me from when i drove for Magnum. Dec, 7 last year i had a heart attack. Had 95% blockage in my LDA. Referred to as the widow maker. As i healed from this, i have discovered that a lot of men, me included, ignore signs. Mine was a dull ache right above my chest to the left. Thats it! No other symptoms. It came and went. My advice is, if you have a chest pain that last more than 2-3 minutes, comes back more than 3 times . Go get it checked. They put in 2 stents. Did it thru my artery in the wrist. Almost painless. Do if not for yourself, do it for your loved ones. Keep the shiny side up and be safe.

 

Dang! Glad you got that discovered and taken care of! The heads up is appreciated. You just never know what a little pain can really amount to.

OK, I know that a great deal of Kansas City is hollow and filled with terminals. Many years ago I kept a boat in one for winter storage but no where near this nice; boat was filthy when I pulled it out in the spring

 

To go with this health tid bit, considering most of us have horrible health, specially with the heart. Omega 3 oils need to be consumed and canned sardines and mackerel per can have more than needed - 2.5g and 3.5g per can. Get the lightly smoked in olive oil kind. Will keep without refrigerator. Seems stupid, but honestly, the best thing you can do for your heart next to exercise.

 

Need to find out if I should be documenting what I’ve done well.
Getting a lot of saving a run at last minute. Or can barely be done if can pull off whatever. Things working out where... if someone took a different non informed view of what I’ve done. They could rationalize I just failed.
Hoping I’m not going to have to defend a two faced approach to what I’ve done?
