And this is coming from the same safety director that backed the company minivan into Travis's pickup when he was taking me to meet the corporate office staff on my last day of orientation, busting the plastic on the back bumper and didn't have to go pee in a cup or even write up an accident report on himself. I tried to warn people that this company is full of hypocritical back stabbing brown nosers, but nobody took me seriously. Watch your DAC and see what they put on it... they'll likely screw you over on that too

 

That is unfortunate to hear all around. You took a road test in orientation. At least worth giving you a new trainer and doubling down or bust considering all the horror stories.

I believe so, We were in a 2020 cascadia, Majestic was my Trainer.

 

I Learned from my Experience, If it all seems too good to be True, It is. I Tried to be Friendly and Nice as Possible, Even Through the Negativity. They Should have just gave me a new Trainer, Or let me get an eye exam even out of Pocket.

 

Possibly. Guy still did a road test in orientation and a eye test is given for the DOT med card.

Something sounds fishy. Driving aside, the supposed comments and remarks really have no place in a trainers truck.

Perhaps the story behind the food delivery job can provide insight. No way you'll be working that job with poor eyesight.

 

How unfortunate. You seemed fine to me? Do you have an eyesight problem? All I can say is that if it is the trainer, it will become apparent soon with other trainees. If that is the case, I'm sure Magnum would give you another shot if you we're still willing. Keep us abreast of what's next and I can only hope that your luck should change, which it will, if your persistent.
