When you change duty status on peoplenet, make sure it changes. I have gotten caught by it clicking but not changing duty status. Almost cost me 10 hrs. Bryce to the rescue.

So we need a hard copy of the scale ticket to turn in? Just a charge from CAT scale won't do?

If I remember hearing it in orientation...we don't need to save fuel receipts, right?

    ncmickey Thanks this.

Don't need to send fuel recipients, only if you pay cash for fuel. I send in a copy of the scale ticket so there is a record somewhere. Haven't been told either way, just do it for my piece of mind.

    ncmickey and supersnackbar Thank this.

Yes send a copy of your scale ticket with the paperwork. Also when I drop a trailer for another driver I also leave a copy of the ticket with the paperwork.

    ncmickey Thanks this.

Well, unloading at McLean in Aurora, Co. Then home for Thanksgiving. For those of you who will be away from family and friends, I will have a extra piece of pie in your honor. For the rest, have a good time at home.

If you don't stop before the 10 miles is up it reverts back to when you started moving kind of retroactive

How does the T-check system work here? At Poly, they would load our fuel card with a certain amount, then we'd call EFS, access our card, and issue a check from our card (our card was like a checking account, you tell it the check number you were using and the amount) I noticed a huge stack of blank checks on the desk during my visit to the office during orientation, but no details on how it works were given, and I checked the paperwork from orientation, and there isn't an explanation there either.
