Those locations in the book are not the only places you fuel. Just examples. Doesn't mean you can't fuel at others. The map with the color codes on It the important part. Chad emailed out additional places a few months ago.
I honestly left my fuel book in my first truck. I fuel when I need fuel and have never been told it was not ok...
The other nice thing in the book is it has a few non flying J/ pilot places. I think Sapp Bros. and a few mom and pop places if I remember right...

The only thing I see that would resemble one is under a po#, but it starts with a bunch of letters TMCWW then an 8 digit code. I left a message for Jeremy, but hasn't called back yet.

Got my next load. A broker load out of VA, 4 delivery stops in TX. Christmas trees. Tis the season. At Poly, we made contact with the brokers, at Magnum, they handle all the dealing with the brokers, correct?(I think I remember reading that back a few dozen pages ago)

No you should see a 1-800 number to call to confirm pickup and delivery. The BOL is typically the load number. I often pick up the lid and just call when I am loaded, but sometimes you need to call to get the pickup number.
