Didn't know that I was due layover while under a scheduled load. Who do I request this from?

I don't think they HAVE to give it to you... But I would ask Matt. I would say something about being new and not knowing how it worked... Ask about layover for today and ask about layover for the extra days on the load. Tell him the miles and how many days it will take to drive.... I would think one layover day is in order on that load.. You could easily deliver it on Monday... I have gotten it when I have asked... It (that many extra days) hasn't happened often but I can think of a few times.
i am always pleasant and non confrontational about it.
Nick once told me that it never hurts to ask!

You can easily get by with just using the toll bridge. The receiver is right between the turnpike and interstate. Although if you are driving during the day, that might be a different story. I drove at night with zero traffic. But if you do head north for a pickup, id definitely suggest just taking the turnpike.

When does the cash advance on our fuel card replentish? On the cutoff tuesday or weekly? Without an EZpass, I am going to have to take quite a bit to pay cash for tolls...I would rather do it off the fuel card advance rather than having them cut a t-check.

Good info... I've never gotten a cash advance and didn't know anything except you can!
Empty and at the Blue Beacon getting the trailer washed out.
Then over to the Pilot to get me washed...
    Then wait on a load....

You can take 295 from the Del Mem Bridge all the way to the receiver. That's free. But as HH said, anywhere north for a reload the turnpike is best... Unless you know the roads a bit...
