I had a problem with mine not working after driving on bad roads. I ended up running heater with the temp selector on cold for awhile. It's almost like the exhaust got frozen over and had to get thawed before the burner or whatever would come on. Food for thought.

When we had an apu system like this at Crete, the TK dealership said that it is a good practice to burn the heating unit clean once a month, even in the summer. He recommend starting the heater, turning the thermostat all the way up and running it wide open for 10 or 15 minutes. Sorta' like a self cleaning oven I guess. Crete was too cheap to have the altitude compensator installed, and every time I got over 4000-4500 feet, it would act up, be tough to start or just plain quit all together.

This was fun, backing on a narrow street on glare ice into a tight dock...took 45 min and a snowplow but we're in there...
