Yep and on ND to Concord NC loads I even get to stop by the house to do my 10 hr break...

 

I'm not familiar with peoplenet. I will fill out the application. I just wish they had a guaranteed weekly minimum pay like some companies are going to. I don't want to job hop until I'm unemployable. It is such a pain in the ### anyway. I just want to go do my job and stay on a truck.

 

If earning $55K to $60K works for you, then this could be a good fit. There are worse places to work thats for sure

Is hazmat required?

 

They want you to have it after 6 months I think. We haul a lot of coke/pepsi mix, cleaning products, and paint. Well not a lot but enough to keep you rolling. Tanker endorsement too. I PMed you.

 

If you don't get it your pay may suffer by say $0.02 cents per mile, plus you may miss out on a load that could position you for a good run. That being said I have met several drivers who just don't want to go through the process of getting hazmat

 

And they reimburse you for the background check to get it.
